We require at least 72 hour notice for a cancellation of the planned activities. Cancellation within 72 hours of the event will result in a cancellation fee of the greater amount between $50, 50% of the deposit or 50% of the rental cost if paid in full. We will issue a raincheck and credit the remainder of the deposit towards a newly scheduled date within 1 year of the reserved date provided the desired equipment and dates are available.
If the damage is due to normal wear and tear, you’re usually not responsible. However, if damage occurs due to misuse or negligence, you might be charged for repairs.
