These Terms govern rentals booked through this site. By booking with nGam3 you agree to the terms below and to the rental waiver presented at checkout.

1. Reservations & payment

A reservation is confirmed only after we receive payment (or a deposit if the cash-on-delivery option was selected). For deposit bookings the cash balance is due at delivery; the rental will not be set up without the balance.

2. Cancellations

Customer-initiated cancellations 7+ days before the event are refundable. Cancellations inside 7 days forfeit the deposit. Weather- related cancellations are refunded fully when nGam3 makes the call.

3. Delivery & setup

Delivery zones and fees are calculated at checkout. Setup areas must be clear, level, and accessible. Power and water (where required) must be available within the documented distance.

4. Safety & supervision

Inflatables require adult supervision at all times during use. nGam3 is not liable for injuries arising from misuse, weather conditions, or failure to observe the safety guidelines provided at delivery.

5. Damage & cleaning

Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal use. Excessive dirt, food, or liquid spillage may incur a cleaning fee.
