nGam3 collects only the data needed to deliver your rental: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, event date, and the items you've selected. We don't sell, share, or market with this data.
What we store
- Contact information (name, email, phone, delivery address)
- Event date and chosen delivery window
- Items reserved + payment method
- Signed waiver record (signature, date, version)
- Confirmation code linking your booking to our records
What we don't store
- Your card number — payment is processed by Stripe, who holds card data under PCI compliance.
- Your browsing history beyond what's needed to complete your booking.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for as long as required by tax and business-record laws (typically 7 years for Florida). Signed waivers are retained for the duration of any potential liability claim.

Your rights
